The Regional Government, through the Digital Agency of Andalusia (ADA), is addressing the modernisation and evolution of the advanced detection and response service for cyber threats. Its commitment to SIA Smart MDR will allow it to advance in the digital transformation of its activity with security and in the continuous improvement of its resilience, as well as that of its bodies and local entities.

The SIA service also incorporates the event monitoring and incident detection platform Monica, a robust 100% Spanish tool, aligned with the National Cybersecurity Strategy and scalable, capable of adapting to the most demanding scenarios of processing volumes of information. Its scalability makes it unique, enabling horizontal and vertical growth in a transparent manner.

The Junta de Andalucía's new proactive defence model represents an important leap of maturity in security management for the entity and, added to the creation of the Andalusian Cybersecurity Agency and the efforts being made in this area in the region, will promote the expansion of this SOC of the Junta de Andalucía and make it the SOC of Andalusia, providing services not only to local administrations, universities, etc., but also certain services to companies.
