What makes SIA's signature solution unique?
Full legal validity
Only the most rigorous and experienced cybersecurity companies are capable of collecting the necessary evidence to prove to a judge the authenticity of an electronically signed document.
As a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP) at European level, SIA is responsible for overseeing the entire procedure and incorporating its electronic seal at the end of the procedure as proof that it has collected the evidence it needs to prove, in the event of litigation, that the agreement has been properly concluded. And it keeps it for at least five years.

We have a technology platform in SaaS mode, 24x7x365 and with a service level agreement (SLA) for availability, response time and resolution. In addition, it is under strict security parameters and good IT management and business continuity practices (ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and ISO 22301).

How do we do it?
We have different types of electronic signature and document sealing, depending on the necessary legal guarantees and the process to which it applies.
As a Qualified Trust Service Provider, we have a wide catalogue of high-performance services that adapt to organisations, ensuring regulatory compliance and protection throughout the process:
Simple/advanced signature
Signature based on OTP (One Time Password) or handwritten digital biometric signature, when an enrolment process to issue a digital certificate is not possible.
Video-Identification
Service for issuing certificates approved in Spain. Biometric technologies to recognise national identity documents and photo/video comparison to ensure a person's identity during a registration process. Evidence is collected and stored securely.
Qualified electronic signature
We provide both the issuance of qualified certificates and the centralized qualified system to store and use them for authentication and signature processes. That system is our own product SIAVAL Safecert Server Signing certified by the National Cryptologic Centre (CCN) as a QSCD in compliance with eIDAS.
Qualified electronic time stamping service to certify the date and time of any data or evidence.
Qualified electronic sealing service
For automatic signature processes, to seal documents (in batches), and to guarantee the integrity and certify the origin of a document.
